Collect In-Person Payments with PASS
PASS enables face-to-face transactions for students across any school within your district. Schools can collect cash, check, or credit card payments in person, including student fees, lunch account deposits, clubs, donations, and other non-associated transactions.
Any item created in Advanced Fees can be accepted in person through PASS, with payments applied directly to the student’s account. Whether families pay online through PaySchools Central or in person at the school or district office, all transactions are recorded in one centralized system for easier tracking and reporting.
