During setup, you’ll provide your banking information, with flexibility to assign multiple accounts by district, booster club, or other groupings. All credit card transactions are deposited directly into your accounts within 3-5 business days, and then you can track all reconciliations and reports through the system. 

Yes! Absolutely, you can make menu changes anytime, directly from the system. And, our Learning Hub provides video tutorials on how to manage these updates. In addition, we pin the menu setup to your terminal, making it easy for new team members to learn.

i3 Store supports both countertop and tablet hardware options to fit a variety of school sales environments. Our 15.6” Countertop POS Terminal comes preloaded with i3 Store software and is ideal for fixed locations like school stores or front offices. For mobile or pop-up setups, we offer a compact tablet model that pairs easily with smaller Bluetooth printers. Optional add-ons like receipt printers and cash drawers are available to complete your setup and support smooth, professional transactions.

A service fee is applied to each transaction and is outlined clearly in your sales quote. In most cases, this fee is added to the item price so it’s covered by the purchaser. Deposits to your bank account will reflect the full transaction amount minus the service fee.

Yes. i3 Store allows unlimited users per terminal, so staff, volunteers, and booster members can each have access, without any additional user fees.
