In this role he oversees all facets of the sector. Prior to assuming this role, Chris served as the Chief Executive Office and owner of Business Information Systems, where he accelerated and transformed to offer solutions throughout numerous States. Before starting his career in the private sector, Chris attended East Tennessee State University and served in the United States Navy.
