Yes, you’ll need to set up a new PaySchools Central account. It only takes a few minutes. You can register at PaySchoolsCentral.com or through the mobile app. Once registered, you’ll be able to add your student(s) and manage all school payments from one place.

Yes! Your student’s current balance will transfer automatically into the new system.

Payment methods and auto-replenishments will not carry over. You’ll need to re-enter your payment information and set up any auto-pay preferences in PaySchools Central.

Once logged in, follow the steps to add your student(s) using their Student ID number. For privacy, PaySchools cannot provide this—please contact your school if you don’t have it.

Yes, PaySchools Central offers detailed meal activity reports so you can see what your student is purchasing.

Yes! The PaySchools Central app is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play. You can manage everything from your phone, including balances, payments, and meal activity.

There is no cost to create an account or view information. Standard payment processing fees apply to online transactions.
