The School Nutrition Association’s Annual National Conference is almost here, and if you’re heading to Charlotte this July, we want to make sure you know exactly where to find us — and what to expect when you do.

What’s New — QuikLunch In-Person Credit Card Payments 

This year we’re excited to showcase one of our newest enhancements: in-person credit card payments directly at the QuikLunch cafeteria terminal. 

 

Here’s how it works: 

  • The cashier rings up the student’s meal as usual 
  • If payment is needed, the cashier selects the credit card option 
  • The customer taps or swipes their card at the payment device 
  • The payment processes instantly and syncs directly with the PaySchools platform 

 Faster checkout. More payment options. Less cash handling. And it’s fully integrated with PaySchools so student accounts and reporting update automatically. 

 

Pre-orders for hardware are open now!

Districts looking to have in-person credit card payments in place for the upcoming school year can pre-order hardware now. Stop by Booth 1529 to see it in action — and talk to our team about getting your district set up.
