Michael O’Keefe is our Chief Technology Officer. His responsibilities include overseeing the Company’s technology teams including enterprise-wide software engineering, architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology operations.

Mr. O’Keefe previously served as the Senior Vice President of Development of the Company. Prior to i3, Mr. O’Keefe served as VP, Engineering at edo Interactive (Europe) and led product development for solutions across European markets. He has an extensive background in product development serving multiple roles at edo Interactive including Director of Product Development, Product Manager, Partner Integration, and Software Developer. He started his career as a Software Developer at Acxiom, based in Nashville. 

Mr. O’Keefe holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from Mississippi State University.
