Diana Day-Cartee is our Head of Enterprise Customer Experience.

 

Ms. Day-Cartee has decades of sales and marketing experience, primarily in the telecom industry. Her various positions included Regional Vice President of Sales & Marketing and President of Global Customer Satisfaction with centers located in St. Louis, Nashville, San Antonio, Singapore, London and Sydney.

 

Ms. Day-Cartee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Mississippi.
